We are looking for some to join the team as our next Youth & Young Adults Pastor at Gracecity Howick. This is a permanent, full-time role.

The Youth & Young Adults Pastor partners with parents and volunteer leaders to raise resilient faith in the next generation. At Gracecity, we are committed to creating environments where young people feel known, loved, and equipped to follow Jesus through every season of life.

This role is responsible for leading and developing vibrant Youth and Young Adults ministries, where fun, connection, and spiritual formation are central. Through weekly gatherings, small groups, events, and intentional discipleship, the Youth & Young Adults Pastor will help young people connect meaningfully with each other and with God. They will champion dedicated volunteer leaders and foster spaces where worship, relevant teaching, and authentic conversations lead to transformation.

By walking alongside young people and equipping others to do the same, the Youth & Young Adults Pastor plays a key role in helping the next generation live out their own faith story-locally and in step with the mission, vision, and values of Gracecity.
