We are looking for some to join the team as our next Youth & Young Adults Pastor at Gracecity Greenlane. This is a permanent, full-time role.

The Youth & Young Adults Pastor (Greenlane) partners with parents and volunteer leaders to raise resilient faith in the next generation. At Gracecity, we are committed to creating environments where young people feel known, loved, and equipped to follow Jesus through every season of life.

This role is responsible for leading and developing vibrant Youth andYoung Adults ministries, where fun, connection, and spiritual formation are central. Through weekly gatherings, small groups, events, and intentional discipleship, the Youth & Young Adults Pastor will help young people connect meaningfully with each other and with God.

The Youth & Young Adults Pastor will provide leadership oversight for Greenlane Youth and Young Adults ministries, as well as leadership of a 24-7 Youth Work Team and ministry partnership with local

schools and community connections. The role will champion dedicated volunteer leaders and foster spaces where worship, relevant teaching, and authentic conversations lead to transformation.

The role also includes active participation in the Sunday life of the Greenlane campus, building visibility, connection, and integration with youth, young adults, parents, and the wider church community. By walking alongside young people and equipping others to do the same, the Youth & Young Adults Pastor plays a key role in helping the next generation live out their own faith story - locally and in step with the mission, vision, and values of Gracecity.
