We are looking for someone to join the team as Worship Coordinator. This is a fixed-term, part-time (0.5 FTE) role for an initial period of 12 months.

The Worship Coordinator supports the Worship Director in strengthening the health, effectiveness, and growth of worship ministry across Gracecity, with a particular focus on the Greenlane worship ministry. Working under the leadership of the Worship Director, this role provides day-to-day leadership in ministry coordination, volunteer development, team care, systems management, and worship execution, helping ensure worship teams are equipped, supported, and aligned with Gracecity’s vision, values, and worship culture.

The Worship Coordinator will support worship ministries across Gracecity by providing coordination, communication, systems, and resources that help worship leaders, musicians, singers, and production volunteers thrive.

The Worship Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sustainability and future growth of worship ministry by developing volunteers, systems, and resources within leadership pathways. By investing in people and creating environments where teams can flourish, this role contributes to Gracecity’s vision of multiplying disciples, leaders, groups, mission, and locations.

This role is being offered as a 12-month fixed-term position as Gracecity continues to evaluate the future structure and resourcing of worship ministry.
